I met Rudi for the first time in 2008, and since then he has been my gateway for the Mentawai and Sumatra. He helped us with all our flights, ferries (choice between Standard or VIP), airport pick ups, lost luggage, Visas, all our sailing documents that we needed to cruise around the Simeulue and Banyak Islands and medical assistance.
